These skills are also highly valued in the workplace, where they are often considered essential. Our seminar modules emphasize active participation and individual engagement. Theoretical concepts serve as a foundation for reflecting on past behaviors, while practical exercises focus on developing new, solution-oriented approaches.
Transferable Skills Courses
HITEC’s transferable skills courses focus on building essential professional skills. New HITEC doctoral researchers meet each other regularly in the different modules thus enabling them to start building their individual network.
Participant knowledge and experiences are systematically integrated and creatively leveraged by professional trainers. Practical scenarios and case studies are analyzed under expert guidance to develop personalized, effective solutions. All workshops and events can be booked via DokMS.
All courses are conducted entirely in English.
